Background:
For quite a while Mexico has been excelling as a country of opportunity for tourism and retirement, and the past 6 years have increased that movement like never before, placing it on the map of emerging countries with a steady growth. Already substantial numbers of young, middle aged and older people have made it a place of choice to settle permanently or to spend 6 months of the year.
Tourism is thriving!
Oaxaca is one of the most favourable locations
due to its pleasant year round climate and nature. Already a hundred years ago Chacahua was recognized as a special place and granted National Park status but due to local dynamics and the lack of infrastructure it did not develop like other enclaves such as Mazunte, Zipolite and St. Augustinillo.
Contrary to this, Puerto Escondido (just 50 minutes away)
has seen massive growth, spiking real estate prices and exhibiting all the associated growing pains.
There are currently vast opportunities for plugging-in to this market boom with its swiping market wave and we have a large theater at the ready.
The acquisition of such an expansive (50 acre) plot
of buildable land, accessible from the hub of Puerto Escondido with its new airport, could not have come at a better time. The project is a multi level development capable of sustaining a large community of permanent residents as well as hosting a hospitality module on a 150 to 200 bed scale, sports center, cultural area, and spa and wellness lifestyle commodities.
A significant investment has already been made into the infrastructure and initial planning.
To emerge dynamically, I am open to partner with an investor sharing and respecting same values. I am willing to collaborate in the area of the sports center and hospitality modules by a form of partnership, as this would enable us to accelerate more quickly.
I am personally involved in the cultural part of the project and the residential development,
